A. Shipping information

The following conditions apply:
The standard delivery of the goods is only possible to the countries listed below and is done with DHL or Deutsche Post. You can find the shipping costs incurred in the table below.

If your shipping country is not listed, please write us an email before placing your order ( info@steyner.de ) and tell us the article and your delivery address with the country and the corresponding zip code. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and you - if delivery to the desired delivery address is possible -  Communicate the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner about shipping options and costs in advance.



Standard shipping: As standard, we send our packages from an order value of at least € 30 free worldwide. Standard shipping does not include shipment tracking.

Insured shipping:
On request, we can send our packages insured. As soon as we have sent the goods, you will receive a tracking number with which you can easily track where your package is.

Express shipping: If you are in a hurry, we can send you an express shipment. As soon as we have sent the goods, you will receive a tracking number with which you can easily track where your package is.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which you must bear. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money through credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). B. Terms of payment

For domestic deliveries (Germany) you have the following payment options:

- Payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Payment by PayPal
- Payment by immediate transfer
- Purchase on account (Klarna)
- Prepayment / Transfer



For deliveries abroad you have the following payment options:
-  Payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

-  Payment by instant transfer

 If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.

C. Delivery time

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods

- in Germany (Germany) within 2-4 days after receipt of payment.

- International deliveries have a Delivery time of 3-16 days after receipt of payment.

Please note that no delivery takes place on Sundays and public holidays.
