The full-width construction showcases the exceptional fabric design across the entire length of the strap. Thanks to our special material construction, the Deluxe remains comfortably soft and flexible even without additional padding, so you can play in comfort during long rehearsals or performances.

Extra-thick, robust leather ends provide a reliable connection to your instrument. If you prefer an unpadded bass strap and do not need to thread a transmitter pouch onto it, the Deluxe is an excellent choice.

Did you know? The Deluxe shares its construction with our extra-wide guitar straps, making it just as suitable for guitars.

Deluxe or Classic Bass Strap: Which Is Right for You?

The key difference is the construction. The Classic combines an 8 cm shoulder section with a narrower, 5 cm adjustment section. The Deluxe measures 8 cm across its entire length.

This matters particularly if you use a wireless transmitter. Pouches designed for straps around 5 cm wide that slide onto the strap cannot be used with the wide Deluxe. However, a wireless transmitter can still be attached using an alternative mounting system. Just ask us for advice!

If you use this type of pouch, our Classic bass strap is the more practical option. If you would also like soft padding, our Comfort bass strap is a suitable alternative, particularly for heavy instruments or when extra wearing comfort matters to you.

Are your bass straps suitable for all basses and guitars?

Yes, our bass straps are suitable for electric basses, acoustic basses and guitars with compatible strap buttons. For extra security, you can also use strap locks. Our guide to attaching a guitar strap.

What strap length is right for me?

The right strap length depends on your height and how high or low you want to wear your bass. The easiest method is to measure with a tape measure from one strap button, over your shoulder, to the other. Our video guide shows you step by step how to measure correctly.

How do I clean and care for my Deluxe bass strap?

Our Deluxe bass straps should not be machine-washed or completely soaked. Gently remove light dirt with a soft, damp cloth. For tougher stains, you can treat the affected area with a suitable stain remover.

To deal with unpleasant odours, you can use an antibacterial odour neutraliser for textiles. Always test cleaning products on an inconspicuous area first and use them sparingly.

Which leather and metal colours can I choose for my Deluxe bass strap?

For the leather ends, you can choose between black, red, brown and dark brown. The metal fittings are available in antique silver, antique brass and black gunmetal. This lets you match the colours of your bass strap to your instrument and its hardware.
